Pet Policy
We are pleased to welcome pets at The Allen Apartments, with a limit of two pets per apartment home. A non-refundable fee of $350 applies for the first pet and $150 for the second, along with a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. Each pet must not exceed 75 pounds, and aggressive breeds are prohibited.
